Yes! The requirement is that the second year of undergraduate studies be completed by the time the program starts in the summer. 

This program is open to other institutions as long as the applicant meets the eligibility requirements!

Yes, as long as your application form and personal statement are submitted by the deadline, your application will be considered on-time. However, complete applications with all materials will be reviewed first.

In an effort to encourage full immersion into the program, yes, it is mandatory (exceptions will be considered).
